Did you know? Horses are able to sleep standing up, and they can also sleep lying down for short periods of time.
Creative Coloring Ideas:
• This coloring page is a black line drawing of a pony, and has an empty white background. Here are five ways you could color it:
• 1. A classic pony in pastel colors: use shades of pink, blue, and yellow to create the horses body and mane. Add some soft highlights with white.
• 2. A rainbow pony: Use different colored markers or crayons for each section of the body. For example, red for the head, orange for the neck, yellow for the back, green for the legs, blue for the belly, indigo for the tail, and violet for the hooves.
• 3. A zebra pony: Draw black stripes on the white body with a marker or crayon. You can make them thin and close together to create a subtle effect, or thick and far apart for more dramatic stripes.
• 4. A unicorn pony: Add a horn to the head of your horse using a gold or silver marker or crayon. If you want to add some detail, use a smaller tip to draw a swirl pattern on the end of the horn.
